First, obtain a fresh biblioMagika®Split file as the current file might be corrupted. Transfer the data from the old file to the new one. Next, copy the author split data from the old file and paste it into the Cleaning WORKSPACE sheet in the new file. Then, copy all the formulas and apply them to all the data. Finally, paste the previously cleaned affiliation data into the affiliation column in the new file. This should resolve the error.
